Application for participating and voting membership in SAIL is open to any* homeschooling family in Collin County and surrounding areas that supports the purpose and mission statements found in the SAIL By-Laws. New members are required to complete our online application and forms and visit our Monthly Gathering where they will attend New Member Orientation and pay annual dues.
Any prospective SAIL members are encouraged to visit us at our Monthly Gathering held on the second Tuesday of each month. During Monthly Gathering, you will have the opportunity to visit with representatives from our Membership Team and general membership, sit in on a New Member Orientation meeting, ask questions and even join that day if you decide that SAIL is the right group for your family.

*Exceptions: While SAIL strives to be an inclusive group, there are rare situations that would require the Board to decline a family’s application. Due to potential safety concerns, it is our policy to deny, restrict, or revoke a family's membership in SAIL if we find out that an immediate family member is listed on the Sex Offender Registry.
